Abstract:Background: LEUCINE CARBOXYL METHYL TRANSFERASE 1 (LCMT1) transfers a methyl group from the methyl donor S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) to the catalytic subunit of PROTEIN PHOSPHATASE 2A (PP2A).
