Practical application of lead rubber bearings with fail‐safe mechanism

Abstract: The results of dynamic and quasi‐static loading tests for scaled and full‐scale Lead Rubber Bearing with Fail‐Safe mechanism, an alternative isolation bearing that consists of a conventional lead rubber bearing and a slider bearing in series, are discussed.
