PRAME expression in melanoma is negatively regulated by TET2-mediated DNA hydroxymethylation

Abstract: Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma (PRAME) and Ten-Eleven Translocation (TET) dioxygenase-mediated 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC) are emerging melanoma biomarkers.
