Pre- and Post-Operative Volume Estimation of Medulloblastoma Using Magnetic Resonance Imaging: A Stereological Study

Abstract: Background: Brain tumors are among the most lethal and devastating cancers. Medulloblastoma tumor is a common solid brain malignancy, arising in the posterior fossa.
