Precision super-resolution cryo-correlative light and electron microscopy for rapidin situstructural analyses of optogenetically-positioned organelles

Abstract: Unambiguous targeting of cellular structures for in situ cryo-electron microscopy in the heterogeneous, dense, and compacted environment of the cytoplasm remains challenging.
