Abstract: Purpose We aimed to investigate the predictive validity of monocyte to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (MHR) for coronary artery lesions (CALs) and intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) resistance in Kawasaki disease (KD).
