Abstract:Purpose The role of EUS before or after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (nCTX) in advanced esophagogastric cancer (EGC) is still unclear. The phase II NEOPECX trial evaluated perioperative chemotherapy with or without panitumumab in this setting.
