To explore the preoperative predictors of the progression to prostate cancer after diagnosing with highgrade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (HGPIN) or atypical small acinar proliferation (ASAP) in first prostate biopsy and compare the oncological outcomes of HGPIN and ASAP in second prostate biopsy.
