Prednisolone for pulmonary hemorrhage after Fontan procedure

Abstract: An 8-year-old boy with tricuspid atresia (type 2C), who underwent Damus-Kaye-Stansel and Fontan procedures (extracardiac conduit) by the age of 3 years, presented with severe exertional dyspnea. Aortic valve replacement and atrioventricular valvuloplasty after Fontan procedure were also performed 6 months prior to the current presentation.
