Preferential Trade Agreements, Geopolitics, and the Fragmentation of World Trade

Abstract: Failure to reestablish an effective World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement procedure, stop the erosion of multilateral rules and end the China–US trade war causes capitals to rethink trade policy.
