Abstract:Introduction: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is associated with a low conception and success rates. There are reports of pregnant women on hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis (PD), with premature births. The case of an elderly patient with a pregnancy on PD and preterm delivery is reported.
