Preliminary results on the quality control of blood irradiators using an alanine/electron paramagnetic resonance dosimeter

Abstract: Approximately 48 medical institutions in South Korea own and use blood irradiators; however, the quality control of blood irradiators is insufficient. This study was conducted to establish quality control procedures for blood irradiators using an alanine dosimeter and to ensure reliability of dosimetry.
