Abstract: Silicon dioxide nanoparticles (SiO2 NPs) are widely utilized in biomedicine due to their controllable size and biocompatibility. While previous studies have demonstrated that prenatal exposure to SiO2 NPs can traverse the placental barrier and induce neurotoxicity in offspring.
