Preparation and Characteristics of Cationic Starches

Abstract: Досліджено процес одержання катіонізованих крохмалів із ступенем заміщення DS 0,02-0,45 взаємодією амінуючого реагенту 3-хлоро-2-гідроксипропілтриетиламоній хлориду (АР) з кукурудзяним крохмалем напівсухим методом у присутності натрій гідроксиду. АР одержано в одному реакторі взаємодією триетиламіну з HCl з подальшою взаємодією з епіхлоргідрином у присутності каталізатора триметилцетиламоній броміду.
