Preparation of New Complexes from a Mixture of Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid), Paracetamol and Methyldopa with Divalent Manganese , Iron, Cobalt, Nickel and Copper, With a Study of Their Physical and Chemical Properties.

Abstract: New complexes with a mixture of aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid ) with methyldopa or paracetamol with methyldopa were synthesized via the reflux of reaction mixture using a basic medium to deprotonate the ligands. These new complexes of Mn(II),Fe(II),Co(II),Ni(II) and Cu(II) with a mixture of aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid), paracetamol and methyldopa have characterized using FTIR, UV-visible spectra, magnetic susceptibility, flame atomic absorption, C.H.N.S analysis and melting points measurements.
