Pressure-compacted and spider silk–reinforced fibrin demonstrates sufficient biomechanical stability as cardiac patch in vitro

Abstract: Objective: The generation of bio-/hemocompatible cardiovascular patches with sufficient stability and regenerative potential remains an unmet goal.
