Abstract: In this work, we presented the first report on the highpressure structural stability and electrical transport characteristics in WSSe under different hydrostatic environments through Raman spectroscopy, electrical conductivity, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) coupled with first-principles theoretical calculations.
