Abstract: Background and PurposeAcute ischemic stroke due to large vessel occlusion (AIS‐LVO) is a major cause of functional dependence. Collateral status (CS) is an important determinant of functional outcomes. Pretreatment CT perfusion (CTP) parameters serve as reliable surrogates of CS.
