Prevalence and Antimicrobial Resistance Pattern of Listeria Monocytogenes in Ready t o Eat Foods in Tamil Nadu, India

Abstract: Objectives: To examine the prevalence and antibiotic resistance pattern of Listeria monocytogenes in RTE food to understand the risk of contamination in the food industries.
