Abstract: , la production du lait occupe une place prépondérante dans l'économie des ménages ruraux. Elle fait souvent face à certaines maladies dont les conséquences sur la sécurité alimentaire et la santé publique sont énormes. “…These diseases affect poor and marginalized people in developing countries who live in close contact with animals, often in unsanitary conditions and in areas where coverage of health services is inadequate (Schelling et al, 2007). Transmission of pathogens from livestock to humans can occur through the consumption of contaminated meat or milk (Vikou et al, 2018;Millogo et al, 2018) or through direct or indirect contact as mentioned by Taylor et al, (2001). Many kinds of pathogens such as virus, bacteria, fungi or parasite can cause zoonosis.…”

“…In developed countries, the cases of human Mycobacterium bovis are less and less reported, thanks to the campaign of eradication bovin TB and the strict application of food safety standard, notably the pasteurization of milk. The strict systematic eradication of contaminated cattle, whereas in developing countries, bovine tuberculosis causes signi cant losses in the cattle industry, with serious consequences for public health (14,15). According to Olea-Popelka et al, (2017), the proposition of human TB from bovine origin, could represent up to 30% of human TB cases.…”

“…Affecting humans as well as many domestic and wild animal species, it is considered one of the most widespread zoonoses in the world (Corbel, 2006;Akakpo and Ndour, 2013). This anthropozoonosis is responsible for economic losses in livestock farming in the countries where it occurs, and because it is transmissible to humans, it constitutes a public health threat (Seleem et al, 2010;Vikou et al, 2018). Its presence in dairy farming is of great concern because milk and its derivatives are major sources of contamination and disease propagation (Vikou et al, 2018).…”
