Primary and Secondary Chronic Cluster Headache: Two Separate Entities?

Abstract: The International Headache Society (IHS) classification divides chronic cluster headache (CH) into two subtypes: chronic CH unremitting from onset (CCHU) and chronic CH evolved from episodic (CCHE).
