Abstract:Introduction
Primary breast Burkitt lymphoma is extremely rare. Commonly endemic Burkitt lymphoma presents with abdominal, jaw, periorbital, or genitourinary mass.

We report a case of a 16-year-old girl with rapidly enlarging left breast swelling associated with evening fevers.
