Primary Care Residency Perspectives on Medical Student Performance Evaluations

Abstract: Introduction: With the transition of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Step 1 exam to pass-fail, residency directors are exploring alternative objective approaches when selecting candidates for interviews.
