Abstract:The hallmark of Primary Immunodeficiency Disorders (PIDs) is increased susceptibility to recurrent infections, which are often poorly responsive to therapy, prolonged and life-threatening. The infections can involve bones and joints. PIDs may also predispose to allergic, autoimmune, autoinflammatory and malignant disorders.
