Abstract:Background: Primary intracranial Ewing sarcoma/peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumor (EW S/pPNET) is exceedingly rare; and easy to misdiagnose.Case presentation: We report a case of a 23-year-old male who presented with headache and vomiting.
