Abstract:Mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is a rare malignancy characterized by a biphasic pattern of small undifferentiated round cells intermixed with island of well-differentiated cartilaginous matrix. Although this type of tumor exhibits widespread distribution in the body, intracranial mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is rare.
