Abstract: Pancreatitis is an inflammatory pancreatic disease; common etiologies include infection, anatomic abnormalities, biliary, inborn errors of metabolism, trauma, and rarely malignancy. Primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma commonly presents in younger women with principally mediastinal involvement.
