Abstract:Background: Nuclear protein in testis(NUT) carcinoma of the lung is an extremely rare malignancy, predominantly affecting adolescents and young adults, and is associated with poor prognosis. To date, no comprehensive review has synthesized clinical, imaging, pathological, and genetic features, as well as management strategies for patients with primary NUT carcinoma of the lung.
