Abstract: Malignant mixed müllerian tumor (MMMT) is a rare neoplasm, consisting of carcinomatous (epithelial) and sarcomatous (mesenchymal) components that most commonly arise in the endometrium and more infrequently in the ovaries, fallopian tube, cervix, and vagina.
