Abstract:Hydatidosis is an endemic disease in sheep rearing countries around the world. Mostly hydatid cysts are seen in liver and lungs. Primary retroperitoneal hydatid cyst is a very rare disease and it's occurrence with cholelithiasis poses a management dilemma.
