Abstract: Syndromes associated with osteochondrodysplasia, short stature, and DDH are rarely reported in the literature. Total hip arthroplasty (THA) in such cases is a complex procedure with a high rate of complications and difficulties. In this case report, we describe the staged bilateral complex primary THA of a patient with the rare occurrence of a syndrome involving osteochondrodysplasia and DDH, highlighting the surgical challenges and importance of the right prosthesis selection.
