The purpose of this study is to test and determine the Bank's health level consisting of capital adequacy ratio (CAR), net interest margin (NIM), and non performing loans (NPL) partially or simultaneously on bank profitability based on data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population of this study is all state and private banks listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE) amounting to 40. Observations are conducted from 2012 to 2016. The results indicate that capital adequacy ratio (CAR) does not have a significant effect on bank profitability. Net interest margin (NIM) improves the growth of bank profitability. This can happen because NIM has a component of net interest in its ratio. Non performing loans (NPL) have a negative effect on bank profitability.

Purpose: This research discusses the direct effect of multicultural competencies, organizational fairness and organizational commitment on job performance. The primary data was collected using explanatory survey. Design/Methodology/Approach: The sample consists of 350 respondents who are civil servants in Central Lampung Regency, Metro municipality and East Lampung Regency. The requirement analysis test used normality Lilliefors, homogeneity, linearity and significance regression. The data analysis technique is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. Finding: The research results show that multicultural competence directly influences organizational fairness, multicultural competence directly influences organizational commitment, multicultural competence has no direct influence on job performance, organizational fairness directly influences organizational commitment, organizational fairness has no direct influence on job performance, and organizational commitment directly influences job performance. Practical Implications: Organizational commitment consisting of the belief in organizational values and goals should be improved so that skills, effort and nature of work condition become better. Originality/Value: The achievement of employees' performance result and output recognized by the organization where they work and characterized by skills, effort and nature of work conditions is the combination of the part which represents better employees' performance.

In this article, we introduce a new hybrid model of -soft sets called multi hesitant -soft sets (MHNSS). The multi hesitant -soft sets is extention of -soft sets theory which is needed for multicriteria from some group decision makers. We propose the decision making algorithm of MHNSS dan apply it with real life data of distance education especially online learning using webinar tutorial. The population are tutors of Universitas Terbuka Padang that using webinar tutorial between April until May 2020. We use random sampling and spread questionnaires online to collect the data. As a result, by using the MHNSS algorithm, we conclude that webinar tutorial is effective for conceptual subjects.
