Probing the plant transcriptomes for novel waikaviral sequences broadens the host range and genetic diversity of waikaviruses

Abstract: Waikaviruses (family: Secoviridae) are monopartite, positive sense, single-stranded RNA viruses that cause economically important diseases in plants.
