Abstract:The article examines how the process of identifying unused agricultural land and their involvement in economic turnover is interconnected with the maintenance of the state register of agricultural lands, which began in 2022. It is noted that the coincidence in time of these processes not only made it possible to identify a number of long-overdue problems, but also became the best option for solving them, including through digitalization and the use of artificial intelligence.
