“…The appearance of the absorption peaks at 1740, 1216, 745 552 cm −1 are originated from the metallic bond with oxygen on the sample surface due to the properly doping/ mixing of Tb ions. Therefore these peaks can be assigned to Tb 2 O 3 -CdO and Tb-O 2 -Tb asymmetric and Tb-O stretching modes [27]. It is also noted that the position and the proportion of these absorption bands didn't change with Tb ratio that indicate the solubility limit in CdO crystal lattice.…”
