Processing of Methane over the Oxide Catalysts

Abstract: Catalysis of the supported oxide catalysts in the direction of the methane oxidation reaction is investigated. Modified nickel-containing catalysts studied at the reaction of partial oxidation of methane to synthesis gas. The effect of modifying additives (cerium and lanthanum oxides) on the activity and resistance to coking NiO / γ -Al 2 O 3 catalyst was defined.
