Abstract:Human amniotic epithelial cells (hAECs), as pluripotent stem cells, have characteristics of immune privilege and great clinical potential. Here, we produced hAECs membrane consisting of single-layer hAECs and basal membrane (BM) of human amniotic membrane (hAM).
