“…2B), consistent with our conclusion that the restoration of reward behavior by psilocybin was independent of 5-HT2AR activation. As in previously published reports (6,20), pretreatment with ketanserin induced hypolocomotion, directly and/or by enhancing the effects of psilocybin (SI Appendix, Fig. S2), confirming its activity at the given dose.…”

“…Previous studies have found that repeated ketamine with 20 or 30 mg/kg (i.p.) could induce locomotor sensitization in rats 32,33 . Our results showed 2‐FDCK increased locomotor activity on the first day and induced expression of locomotor sensitization following the 2 weeks of withdrawal with the dose of 30 mg/kg, which was similar to ketamine.…”

“…To delineate changes in the lipidome of the brain after ketamine exposure, we initially performed untargeted lipidomic analysis of the brains of mice that received an intraperitoneal (i. p.) injection of 15 mg/kg ketamine or saline for 7 consecutive days. The dose of 15 mg/kg ketamine in mice is almost equivalent to recreational use in humans and is similar to the dose applied in other animal studies [29][30][31] . The PFC, nucleus accumbens (NAc), CPu (dorsal striatum), and hippocampus (Hipp), which are critically involved in various stages of the addiction cycle 32 , were collected for untargeted lipidomic analysis using liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS).…”
