Profiling of phenolic and other compounds from Egyptian cultivars of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) and antioxidant activity: a comparative study

Abstract: The metabolic profiling of seven Egyptian cultivars of chickpeaviaRP-HPLC-DAD-ESI-QTOF-MS enabled the characterization of 96 phenolic compounds.
