Progesterone receptor modulators in breast cancer

Abstract: Breast cancer has been treated successfully with selective estrogen receptor antagonists (SERMs) such as tamoxifen, receptordepleting agents such as fulvestrant, and aromatase inhibitors such as anastrozole.
