Abstract:In this study, UV-curable resin was formed into different patterns through the programmable control of dielectric force. The dielectric force is mainly generated by the dielectric chip formed by the interdigitated electrodes. This study observed that of the control factors affecting the size of the UV resin driving area, current played an important role.
