Abstract:Lauraceae, an important family of Angiospermae, comprises over 2500 species widely distributed in tropical and subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forests. This family is renowned for its rich resource of terpenoids, particularly monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, and diterpenes.
