Abstract: Background: The molecular mechanisms associated with thoracic aortic dissection (TAD) remain poorly understood. A comprehensive high-throughput sequencing-based analysis of the circRNA–miRNA–mRNA competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) regulatory network in TAD has not been conducted.
