Abstract:Key Clinical MessageProgressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) is a rare and fatal demyelinating disease of the central nervous system (CNS). The case we describe highlights the importance of considering a diagnosis of PML early (<1 year) after lung transplant.
