Abstract: Binder syndrome (maxillonasal dysplasia) is an uncommon congenital craniofacial condition. It is marked by distinctive facial characteristics including a flat, vertically oriented nose, maxillary underdevelopment, malocclusion, and nasal bone irregularities.
