In the last few years, the occupational health (OH) of healthcare workers (HCWs) has been shown increasing concern by both health departments and researchers. This study aims to provide academics with quantitative and qualitative analysis of healthcare workers’ occupational health (HCWs+OH) field in a joint way. Based on 402 papers published from 1992 to 2019, we adopted the approaches of bibliometric and social network analysis (SNA) to map and quantify publication years, research area distribution, international collaboration, keyword co-occurrence frequency, hierarchical clustering, highly cited articles and cluster timeline visualization. In view of the results, several hotspot clusters were identified, namely: physical injuries, workplace, mental health; occupational hazards and diseases, infectious factors; community health workers and occupational exposure. As for citations, we employed document co-citation analysis to detect trends and identify seven clusters, namely tuberculosis (TB), strength training, influenza, healthcare worker (HCW), occupational exposure, epidemiology and psychological. With the visualization of cluster timeline, we detected that the earliest research cluster was occupational exposure, then followed by epidemiology and psychological; however, TB, strength training and influenza appeared to gain more attention in recent years. These findings are presumed to offer researchers, public health practitioners a comprehensive understanding of HCWs+OH research.

Development of a project management performance enhancement model by analysing risks, changes, and constraintsResults obtained by studying project performance and project management success rates are presented in the paper. The current context of construction project management practices applied in the Republic of Croatia, with principal challenges and factors influencing project management success in practical settings, is explained. A detailed comparative analysis of worldwide research focusing on project performance and project management success rates is given. A model aimed at enhancing project management performance levels by combining three organisational roles, i.e. strategic role, project-oriented role and operational role, is developed. Fatores Críticos de Sucesso (FCS) representam práticas que, quando bem executadas, contribuem para aumentar as probabilidades de êxito de qualquer atividade. Na gestão de projetos podem ser utilizados para acompanhamento dos projetos, tomada de decisão e avaliação de desempenho. O estudo de abordagem quantitativa e natureza descritiva, através de survey aplicada em 115 profissionais envolvidos na gestão de projetos, identifica, dentre os indicadores utilizados para mensurar os construtos estratégia, pessoas e operações, aqueles FCS que são mais importantes para explicar o desempenho do Project Management Office, para, então, com base na relação importância-desempenho discutir os fatores que correspondem a FCS no que se refere a gestão de projetos. A pesquisa utilizou a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling e o Importance-Performance Map Analysis. Os resultados mostram que a estratégia é o preditor mais importante e seus principais FCS são a metodologia de gerenciamento de projetos, a estrutura organizacional, o alinhamento de intenções e a viabilidade econômico-financeira. Nas operações, os principais FCS são a estabilidade do ambiente de projetos sobre o gerenciamento de riscos, o sistema de gestão da qualidade, as métricas de desempenho, as auditorias e verificações das entregas e a comunicação com as partes interessadas. Para as pessoas, os principais FCS são a aquisição de competências em gestão de projetos e o treinamento dos recursos humanos, ambos na perspectiva de disseminação do conhecimento vinculado as boas práticas, metodologias, ferramentas e técnicas que favorecem a execução dos projetos.
