Abstract: Bereits der Vortrag hier auf der Kölner Tagung bringt mich in Konflikt mit dem bestehenden Gesetz. In "prometheus -Das verteilte Bildarchiv für Forschung & Lehre"1 können Sie nach digitalen Fotografien von Kunst werken und nach Objekten der virtuellen Kunst recherchieren, deren Ver wertungsrechte weder beim Anbieter noch bei prometheus, sondern in den Händen Dritter liegen.
