Promoting Prestigious Persons’ Role in the Ethnic Groups to Contribute to Implementing the Ethnicity Policies in Vietnam

Abstract: Prestigious persons are distinguished ones in each ethnic group, each family or in each area where they live. They have a prestige and influence over the people in each certain region.
