Proofreading Experimentally Assigned Stereochemistry Through Q2MM Predictions in Pd-Catalyzed Allylic Aminations

Abstract: The palladium-catalyzed enantioselective allylic substitution by carbon or nitrogen nucleophiles is a key transformation that is particularly useful for the synthesis of bioactive compounds.
