Abstract:The problem of choosing a telescopic propeller shaft in the design of an attachment drive with a lateral displacement of the power receiving shaft is considered. Dependences are obtained for determining the length of the propeller shaft and its working angle of deviation from the PTO axis of the tractor. These dependencies are tied to the parameters of the tractor hitch and aggregated attachments. A rational way to reduce the length of the propeller shaft to the desired size is proposed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
